The App is designed to allow nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and pharmacists to do more, as we see the scope of practice for these so-called “extenders” will expand. Since these clinicians could offset shortages of physicians our product is designed to facilitate all caregivers thereby allowing ‘extenders’ to deal with patients

We understand over half of patient encounters could be handled by extenders. Physicians work alongside extenders to help spend more time with patients, better coordinate care, and enjoy more work-life balance.

Nurses can closely monitor patients after they are discharged from the hospital,  patient-centered healthcare system

Design and Usability

Our App has taken into consideration usability with the needs of an older medically complex patient in mind, besides ensuring usability considering when used on behalf of someone with multiple conditions and multiple medications. young and middle-aged adults use healthcare technology on behalf of an older loved one.

We understand family caregivers are pretty stressed and overwhelmed by the substantial job of managing an older person’s healthcare.

They need help, and that help needs to be easy to use, so we help create or obtain a sample medical data file for a medically complex older person. These are the patients who need the most help keeping track of their medical information, and who have the most to gain from being able to share their downloaded information with other providers.

Our Design and usability have been tested in very different ways keeping in mind patients may have multiple chronic conditions or medications instead of just a few.

As family caregivers maintain some kind of online list of medications we ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all e-PHI they create, receive, maintain or transmit. Identify and protect against reasonably anticipated threats to the security or integrity of the information. Protect against reasonably anticipated, impermissible uses or disclosures.
