Sr. RoR Developer

We are looking for experienced RoR Developer. Moreover, the  developer should have experience in Ruby on Rails, MySQL, JSON, XML to join our Chennai office. The candidate is expected to have good track records as a developer and carry past experience in developing software products and features, prototype ideas early on in a project's life cycle, build solid and production-ready capabilities.

Requirements

• Must have Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Designing, Developing and Deploying RoR applications
• Experience with modern Javascript Frameworks (Ember.js, React or AngularJS)
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful APIs
• Should have vast experience in deploying applications in AWS Cloud
• Should have worked as core developer in developing end to end RoR applications
• Should have very good design skills and knowledge
• Knowledge of Product development life cycle is expected
• Should have worked in Agile Scrum development teams in the past

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
• Proficient in various tools to optimize operation in the cloud environment
• Build re-usable code and api's
• Write clean, maintainable and re-usable code
• Ability to work with client independently so very good communication skills required.
• Experienced in Agile development.
• Actively participate and contribute in product improvements & innovation
• Work with global client base and troubleshoot client issues in a timely manner
